Natural hog casings are the cleaned and processed intestines of hogs, used as a natural edible barrier for homemade sausages. They provide excellent shrinkage and expansion properties during cooking.
For best results, soak the casings at least 2 hours in clear, warm water before using. Change water regularly during soaking. Do not freeze the casings.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it unused and in original packaging for a full refund.

Store unused casings in the refrigerator, packaged in purified salt. When properly refrigerated, they have an indefinite shelf life. Do not freeze.
Our natural hog casings have a diameter of 38-40mm (1 1/2" to 1 9/16"), which is ideal for most sausage types.
